Hotel Helios Lloret - Lloret de Mar

This hotel was just a good match for a walk in the evening in Lloret de Mar with excellent value for money. The indoor pool was lovely and relaxing after a long day out. Be prepared for the hot food at breakfast not being too hot.

Lots of food available in the bar. A balcony and free Wi-Fi in the room, particularly good location.

Our location was fab and marvellous, close to a bus stop.

the rooms were lovely..the cateen staff wer very rude

the canteen staff were very rude..the noise in the hotel was unbelievable all night long and thats comming fron a young person..definetly not a family place..only good if you are german not 1 brittish person in sight.

Place is good, very close to the beach.

Breakfast was very poor.Hotel is in street which is very noisy, so for sleeping need earplugs.

the hotel was spotless, fully equipped, had very amiable and extremely helpful staff from the room attendants to restaurant staff and receptionists. loved the way our reasonably large room with designated space for a suitcase was arranged.

The location is perfect and fantastic, 2 km from Water World. It is found in a very nice area near to Tossa De Mar, and a circus.

It is a first time I stayed in a hotel where even earplugs did not help to get rid off noise from outside and inside the hotel.

Would be happy to recommend for a short layover

Clean room, friendly staff, the reception desk was helpful, making our stay easy and enjoyable with luggage storage and affordable drinks at the bar lounge area.

This was my second year stayin at this hotel and would defo recomend it to anyone. Service was good and night time security was strict wich is a good thing.

Only had 1 problem with the hotel and was the fact that the maids when I was asleep kept letting 1 of the boys we wer with into my room without my permission when he wasnt staying in our room. One morning they let him in while me and my girlfreind had been sleeping naked with no covers. Didnt like the fact they just let him when eapecialy it could have been some random claiming to be a freind plus invading our privacy.

Hotel was ok not very noisy at night considering neighbouring hotel was very noisy. Pool was nice and the cleanliness of the hotel was good aswell.

The balcony felt like it was going to fall off. Didnt know how to turn the telly on and a remote was a deposit. Our patio door didnt shut and it took them 2 days to fix it. It says its a four star more a three

Friendly staff, excellent location, very lively.

The room itself was a nice size here with coffee, fresh towels, as example.

Consider asking for a room away from the main square to minimize noise from nearby discos for a more restful stay.
